VIR Holiday Laps 2011

11/11/11

Beutiful day at VIR for 11-11-11. Virginia International Raceway's annual Holiday Laps charity benefit. This is a wonderful opportunity for the public to drive their vehicles on the historic 3.27 mile VIR track and see firsthand why Car and Driver Magazine calls it “one of the top 6 road courses in the U.S.A.” But best of all, while enjoying the exhilaration of cruising the track, drivers will be helping others at the same time. The cost was $25 per session, which will lasted from 20 to 25 minutes. Donations of $25 in cash, unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items were accepted. All donations were tax deductible and benefited the Danville Salvation Army and their Christmas Holiday programs.
